This bike was purchased in Dalby Qld, in reasonable condition, following a request from Matt who was actively looking for an old BMW. Manufactured in 1969, it was a lucky find, as it was one of last models to roll off the production line.
Due to structural damage to the frame, a complete tear down was required and all parts were either replaced or restored before being freshly painted in BMW Dover White. Matt was extremely pleased with his “piece of art” which can now be found on the Bayside of Brisbane, parked next to his other pride and joy, a Harley Davidson.
